Massage 2Hour

Nervous System Reset Massage
A deeply calming, face-up session designed to help your body fully unwind and recharge. This experience layers gentle work for the head, neck, scalp, and arms with full-body warmth, a light weighted blanket, targeted abdominal heat, and red and near-infrared light therapy to support relaxation and circulation. Unlike traditional massage, there is no deep pressure—this session focuses on allowing your body to let go without effort. Many clients choose this when they feel overstimulated, run down, or in need of true rest that goes beyond muscle work. This is a dedicated reset for your system—something insurance-based care typically doesn’t provide.

Nervous System Reset Massage

Red & Near-Infrared Light Therapy can also be enjoyed as a separate session before your massage. You’ll have the room to yourself while the light therapy runs, allowing you to relax and unwind before your massage begins. I’ll come in once the time is complete and begin your massage.
Prefer to finish your massage with light therapy? You can also add a few additional minutes of light therapy at the end of your session, giving you a little extra time to relax before you need to leave.
**This service is not covered by insurance, but the massage can be covered if already done so by insurance. The added service is the listed price and doesn't include the cost of the massage, copay or coinsurance.
